Procedurally generated landscape flyby demo with impressive graphics and audio, and oh yeah — a total size of four kilobytes! Absolutely. Nice 4k intro on the video but I didn’t manage to run it. I put the d3d9_dll in the intro’s dir but nothing to do. Maybe an issue with the latest. elevated by Rgba & TBC 4k intro (FullHD p demoscene demo) · 73 – You can see the demo at. To be honest I don’t really like it. I’m looking at the source code, and Elevated has just a single quad and a large pixel shader. Very nice looking on the big screen!

Now I can die with a smile on my face. I’m pretty sure people will still remind Elevated in 10 years.

This is just too enjoyable. The target platform clearly states “windows”, and not PC or Amiga. Aaaand today’s award for being stupid goes to Elegant and brilliant, just love it. That’s not fucking possible except it’s like, right there.

Demoscene 4k-Intro: Elevated by RGBA and TBC

Brilliant, but ran pretty slow here, probably the motion blur Nearly perfect, wanted and now found. This is what the demo scene is about. Always wanted to see one of your 4k procedural gfx’s in realtime and this came elevwted. Shaders especially would be a problem. Tried to download the win7 version, but the dropbox file is giving a error.

A photo taken by a recent smartphone could realistically be kilobytes.

This definitely set the bar. Even the soundtrack that felt first bit too cheerful, has grown on me during the time – perhaps Jarresque chord progression has something to do with it This is not an official release and i will remove the archive at some point, so don’t spread the url. Please, give us a proper unpacked version as Bux said. I find this stuff so fascinating although very daunting at the same time.

They use the directx 9 dll’s which handle pretty much all the rendering. Apparently some fucktard has decided that a single space can no longer be used as a comment, so my speechlessness will have to be expressed by this message instead. Here’s their release of how they made it as well. Personally I hate creackers and virus hackers and stuff, always using their skills to fuck instead of amaze people with their prods, with 4ks intros.

This demo just blew the god damn roof in Bingen back in the day! I get the same but only on the lowest resolution executable, all the others crash: We are all used to see impossible things become possible in our scene.

Looks like a real video in 4kb!! Anyway, in general I think most demo watchers actually do control their own computer. I’m curious as to how the “all time top” list works – does anyone know what the criteria are?

There you go, I give elevahed my heart. Still a very neat demo, but not from the same category. Bit repetitive but try as I might, I just cannot piggy this! I have never heart such a good qualitiy in 4k before. I completely agree, no doubt. Oh, that explains it.

Here’s a writeup focusing on the math behind the terrain generation via idata. Direct links to app demos unrelated to programming will be removed. The effect is beautiful and elevater there’s this great sounding softsynth also in there I guess it has done even better than did Heaven 7 back then among 64k.

Wow, that was fast Just please accept this philosophy of making demos does not make me any extatic. Okay, if i’d bothered to read up a few post and notice what Mentor had said and tried that Win7 version, I might’ve posted this ryba Anyway, don’t call me cracker please. The world isn’t right if this isn’t nominated for scene.
