Download & install the Zinio reader. My local library has an account with Zinio, and it’s pretty awesome. The user interface leaves a lot to be desired, but it still gets the job.

Zinio app targets both Windows 8. That was not the case when I ran my code: I fo looking through autocompletion suggestions and found a field called Annots. Annotations were gone and my application was complete.

There’s a tool that was posted on bibliotik for doing this. I discovered an interesting type called PdfObjectDictionary. Welcome zibio Super User! That was ot I needed from the decompiled application.
Each page apparently had an useless annotation containing the page number. Zinio API is super simple, with only three interesting requests: PDF file itself is a collection of objects, so there might be a way to find annotations by name and set their values to null or something like that?
